  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds requested before this timeframe will be subject to a deduction of any applicable cancellation fee. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

• Products: Refunds for product orders will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If the order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be processed.

  • If the order has been shipped, you may return the product within 7 days of receipt for a refund, minus any shipping and handling fees.

  • Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
